Well, the quality setting of the 0.5.1 version of png2swf is
done in line 601:
swf_SetJPEGBits3(t, header.width, header.height, (RGBA*)data2, 100);
The "100" is the quality.
If you want to port the code to 0.6.2 and add a quality command-line option, be
my guest. :)
