[Swftools-common] wav2swf compilation requirements

I'm trying to compile swftools on debian linux.
I just need wav2swf, question:

Do I need all these libraries to get wav2swf compiled?
- t1lib, freetype and jpeglib?. (dont think so)

How about an audio device? I dont think there is an
audio device installed the server I'm trying to
compile this in, is that required?

Does anyone have a linux binary of wav2swf?
