[Swftools-common] avi2swf not converting

Hi list,

I recently installed swftools in a Slackware 10 server I have. I tried
to convert a few AVI files to SWF, just for testing, but I was unable
to generate a single swf with success. Two of them were encoded with
xvid, and I'm sure I compiled avifile with xvid support. Here's an
output:
