[Swftools-common] [PATCH] fixlet for pdf2swf (fontconfig initialisation failure)

It seems I forgot to submit this patch, as I found it
because the build of the recent clean check-out on my PowerBook
didn't work for me and then figure out fontconfig should have been 
enabled
if I had been working with non-English fonts.

FcInit() returns true if succeeded :)
