I think the rect in the swf header always assumes top left is 0,0 and that
the bottom right is read to get the stage size of the movie.

I can't think of a reason you would need to offset the top left.
You could always load it as a child swf into a parent swf and then put it's
_x _y
anywhere you like with actionscript.
