[Swftools-common] some questions about audio and swfc

Using swftools-2008-06-08-1156, I encountered the following issues when
extracting sound using swfextract.

>From http://randomfoo.net/oscon/2002/lessig/free_culture.swf, I got the
warning "ERROR   Soundstream is not mp3 (2)". Isn't the soundstream mp3
according to swfdump output? (At least I get an mp3 file when extracting
with the right ID.)

[00e]   7600388 DEFINESOUND defines id 0036 (MP3 22Khz 16Bit mono)
[038]        18 EXPORTASSETS
                exports 0036 as "Lessig_32.mp3"

Trying to extract the sound from
http://ousia.justfree.com/orphanworks-original.swf with the -m option of
swfextract I get nothing. At least a warning would be useful for the
user. And even more useful would be a message with the content
successfully extracted to file name.

When specifying the right ID, I get an MP3 file. How can I specify a
sound file as main mp3 stream in swfc?
