[Swftools-common] pdf2swf on Rails

Hello, I need to convert PDF files to SWF so I'm looking at pdf2swf
library and it looks very good so far.
I would like to integrate it within a Rails application: basically
when a user upload a PDF it must be converted to a SWF file and saved
into the filesystem.

How can I achieve my goal?
Where have I to install it, Where have I to call it from (controller or model)?

Can someone point to me some documentations about that?
