[Swftools-common] swftools-0.8.1 on debian missing lib/libpdf.a

Hi

 

I continue to get this error on both 0.8.0 and 0.8.1 on Debian:

 

gcc -c -DHAVE_CONFIG_H   -I/usr/include/freetype2 -Wparentheses -Wimplicit -Wreturn-type -O -fomit-frame-pointer  pdf2swf.c -o pdf2swf.o

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../lib/libpdf.a', needed by `pdf2swf'.  Stop.

 

I found a previous answer – but that didn’t seem to work:

Download xpdf-3.01.tar.gz from 

    ftp://ftp.foolabs.com/pub/xpdf/xpdf-3.01.tar.gz

.

Put it into the directory lib/pdf/ of swftools,

and run

    perl inject-xpdf.pl xpdf-3.01.tar.gz

    ./switch stable

 

I found that xpdf-3.01.tar.gz  - but theres no inject-xpdf.pl anywhere?
