Do you have access to a shell? If yes try to do:
whereis pdf2swf
or
which pdf2swf
If those 2 commands don't return something, it means that the pdf2swf was not copied in a folder that's in the PATH, or your PATH is set incorrectly. Normally pdf2swf is in /usr/local/bin so you can try to run it that way too:
/usr/local/bin/pdf2swf
