By the way, I have updated here another PDF with more visible link type.

Besides the underline, I am observing other issue,
1) red underline (solid) become red "over"line (dashed)
1) red solid line become red dashed lines
2) black solid line become blue dashed lines

It does indeed- thanks for the file. I'll look into this.
Until this is fixed, you can turn off visible links using the "asprint"
option:
pdf2swf -s asprint file.pdf -o file.swf
