[Swftools-common] pdf2swf and swfcombine: reader position

Hi all,

First, thank you for this usefull tool !
I'm converting some PDF with it and I use swfcombine to add the pdf reader rfxview.swf.
My problem is the following: when I open the flash object in a browser window, I see the middle of the page, not the top. I would like to change tis, because it's a problem for what I need!
