[Swftools-common] How to combine preloder, viewer and page.swf using pdf2swf commmand?

                I want to convert each page of PDF files to separate SWF file in one process.

 I have converted this using  “%” option which converts each page of PDF file into separate SWF file.

Same way I want to combine pre-loader.swf and viewer.swf with converted pdf’s page.swf in one process.

Is this possible using PDF2SWF command, if yes HOW? Or not then  Is there any solution for same.

 

 

Basically, I want the combine functionality of PDF2SWF with “%” option and SWFCOMBINE (swfcombine) in one command or in one process.

Or  “How to use –B –L  with % option in PDF2SWF?”

 

Or Is there any option with  swfcombine to take multiple files and combine those files with viewer and pre-loader in single process.
