[Swftools-common] pdf2swf, broken char, weird output

hi,

this is the output of pdf2swf when I'm converting a certain page of a magazine:

[1.000000 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000] t3font-3620-0 alpha=1
NOTICE  processing PDF page 1 (648x783:0:0)
NOTICE  File contains jpeg pictures
NOTICE  File contains Type3 fonts
NOTICE  Writing SWF file output.swf

also pdf2swf -I displays this line 
[1.000000 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000] t3font-3620-0 alpha=1

the converted page in swf has some broken chars then .. basically it's all the "A" chars (see screenshot).

I'm using the latest version from (git).
