[Swftools-common] How to convert PDF files with embedded multimedia flash object to SWF?

I have some PDF files with embedded multimedia flash objects (swf files) which were added by others via Adobe Acrobat Pro, but the embedded flash objects will not be accessible (interactive) if I use pdf2swf to convert it to swf file which will be loaded to flexpaper. Is there any solution/tool to handle this kind of PDF files? Can I extract those embedded flash objects from the PDF files and combine them with the converted swf file?
