[Synaptic-devel] [PATCH] convert dependencies info to utf8

Hi,

It's needed to convert dependencies information to utf8.
I have rpm-based system, and apt-rpm has (at least russian) translation
of dependency type, but this string was not converted to utf8... because
of that dependencies were displayed with blank lines (and many warnings
in console: Invalid UTF8 string passed to pango_layout_set_text()).
This patch fix it.

PS other problem still exist in dependencies list: I select "Suggested
and Recommended", but list doesn't change, it always displays previous
information.
