Hi Jong-Deok Kim.
I haven't had the time to switch to a modern translation infrastructure
for the documentation. The documentation is based on a xml file. But the
text can be extracted by a helper application called po2xml. I will
notify you, if this infrastructure is used in synaptic, too.
If you don't fear editing a xml file, you can find it in the synaptic
source tarball. It is located in the "help" subfolder.
