   All of these are now replaced by:
        -> taler-exchange-offline

Thanks for the info.  I've replaced (in the docs) those that
were easy to guess.  There remains one last instance:

IIUC the two (obsolete) commands ‘taler-exchange-wire’ and
‘taler-exchange-keyup’ are together equal to one
‘taler-exchange-offline’ command (w/ two subcommands).

The question is: Which ones?
