    * doc/texinfo.texi (Cross Reference Commands): @ref is output
    like @pxref in Info, not @xref.
    (Four and Five Arguments, @majorheading @chapheading, @pxref)
    (@inforef): Grammar fixes (inc. similar as -> similar to).
