change so to mirror the structure of the Perl code.
     new 02ade07e50 * tp/maintain/check_back_xml_forth_texi_t.sh: handle 3 
digits in front of .t test file name.
     new 4c5923da08 * tp/Texinfo/Convert/TexinfoMarkup.pm (_convert): add a 
newline at the end of block command lines if there is none (case of another 
command interrupting the block command line).
