    from 180b9cf0b8 * tp/Texinfo/Convert/LaTeX.pm (_latex_header): do not use 
noclearpage imakeidx option, as the index may not appear in that case, if at 
the end of the document.
     new 4ae9020dc6 * tp/t/latex_tests.t: in indices test, add simple entry 
with accented letters.
     new 092790bc6a Set --enable-encoding to be the default for all output 
formats
