For @inlineset, I am not exactly sure how the second argument should be
parsed. Should it be considered as Texinfo, but without user defined
macros, @value, @-command side effects, nor warning for lone balanced
braces? Or something else?
Maybe we can leave @inlineset and @inlineclear out of the release, they
are not really needed in my opinion. In fact, I am not even sure that
it is such a good idea to introduce those @-commands, if they need yet
another special case for what's inside of them. There could be a use
for such commands, but maybe not enough to add yet another case for
parsing?
