gnulib iconv module

Hi,

I added the iconv module in my local checkout of the texinfo sources
with "gnulib-tool --add-import iconv", but this updated every single
gnulib module. I'm worried that it will break something if I commit
them all. Can someone explain if it is alright to commit them all,
explain how to add just one module, or add the iconv module for me?
