I had a look at the program. I does not look like it would be possible to 
make a TeXmacs presentation there. I see only two options:

1. have an exposition stand, we would need to be a non-profit organization 
first, and this may be a bit to heavy for us...

2. go there to "make contacts". Nothing formally required but an inscription. 
I think the best time would be the (paying) "soiree de gala" on may 30th, but 
presence to some presentations may also be a good thing.
