Ok, I finally finished synching 1.0.0.19 with my stuff.

    * da20 -- fix "Not equal" menu item
    * da19 -- modify floats in scheme
    * da18 -- fix page margin menu items
    * da17 -- checkmark for init-as-on-paper
    * da16 -- length arithmetic in scheme
    * da15 -- fix init-default with several
    * da14 -- PAGE_BOT and PAGE_EXTEND cleanup
    * da13 -- tm_server_rep::full_screen initialization
    * da12 -- the-path scheme primitive
    * da11 -- typo in english-french.scm
    * da10 -- automatic glue generation
    * da9 -- debug and optimize configure
    * da8 -- docstrings for debug.scm
    * da7 -- documentation fix, COMPILE and COPYING
    * da6 -- base.scm with docstrings
    * da5 -- guile-1.6 compatibility
    * da4 -- deprecated iostream.h headers
    * da3 -- fix translations of "page break before"
    * da2 -- remove duplicate definitions
    * da1 -- reverse new uglification in 1.0.0.19
