[Texmacs-dev] Error in Resource/Bitmap_fonts/shrink.cc compiling TeXmacs under cygwin

I have tried to compile TeXmacs under cygwin again, still not succeding.

I got the following errors during the "make STATIC_TEXMACS" processing
using version 1.0.0.22:
