[Texmacs-dev] Default naming of exported files

Here is a behavior that seems likely to cause someone to lose
a file someday. This behavior occurs with 1.0.1.14.

Suppose I create a .tm file called myfile.tm. Then I export
a LaTeX file. A window pops up asking for a filename. The
default name of the file should obviously be myfile.tex. 

INSTEAD, the filename proposed by TeXmacs is
myfile.tm. I am prompted, `file exists, overwrite?'

It is easy to get conditioned to ignore this message,
since the same message invariably occurs if I give the
file the logical name myfile.tex, if I have already
such a file. (It seems to me that there is no strong
reason to prompt the user before overwriting an
automatically generated file.)

When I export a latex file, the default filename
proposed by TeXmacs should clearly NOT be myfile.tm.

If I do not edit the filename but click OK I have
overwritten my original file.

To make matters worse, if I accidentally do overwrite
the .tm file with the exported latex file, then try to
save the original file, I am told no changes need to
be saved. This despite the fact that the original file
has been destroyed.
