[Texmacs-dev] Modular converters

Hi *,

The new version will come with a modular way to
define new data formats ands converters between them.
The implementation allows for

  * Automatic recognition of file formats by suffixes/content
  * Support for conversion options
  * Transitive closure of available converters (with shortest paths)
  * Support for conversions by shell commands
  * Automatic import/export menus for files and selections

Since I am fed up with the whole thing now,
the implementation is not perfect yet.
The following things remain to be done:

  * Automatically extract additional information when
    converting from buffers/selections to documents/snippets.
  * Automatically setting up preference menus and
    adding new converters from the menus.

David should take a look at the example for how to
use options for the TeXmacs -> Html converters (CSS, MathML).
