[Texmacs-dev] Feature freezing until version 1.0.3.

Hi again,

Until the next stable version 1.0.3, no further reorganizations
will be undertaken and few new features should be added.
The focus will be on:

  1) Ensuring that the previous reorganizations really did not
     break anything.

  2) Documentation of what has become stable (David).

  3) An expermental port for Windows (if Dan Martens manages for
     the next stable version).

  4) Expermentation with graphics (Henri Lesourd).

  5) Support for official and experimental plug-ins
     (whoever wants to contribute).

  6) Me doing some maths again (until januari)...
