I think this is a good idea and I would definitely buy a properly
printed hardcopy (my own attempts at binding the manual as a book
are not as satisfactory :)
BUT, do you know of any European company offering a similar service? The
international shipping charges are as high as the costs of the book
itself! (I wouldn't buy a copy under these circumstances.)
