[Texmacs-dev] displaying the list of bugs could be improved

Currently, If I go to

http://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/contact/bugs.en.html

and click on the link under "list", it takes the user to

http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group_id=156&func=browse&set=custom&msort=0&category_id[]=0&bug_group_id[]=102&assigned_to[]=0&status_id[]=5&advsrch=0&msort=0&chunksz=50&report_id=100&morder=&order=severity#results

But this is not the complete list of bugs on texmacs. I think it would be
nice to change it to something more comprehensive like
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=texmacs . What do you say?
