[Texmacs-dev] SVN working?

Hi!

On Nov 2009 I submitted changes to the R plugin to the patches site
http://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?6972

But it didn't seem to make it through the to svn version till now.
Is this the right way/place to contribute? I have an updated patch,  
and I wanted to know where to send it to....
