[Texmacs-dev] Defining LaTeX macroses from packages - failed

I spent a half of hour trying to figure how macroses from packages are loaded 
in order to add \newcommand's in LaTeX export when a macros is defined in a 
TeXmacs package. It seems incomprehensible.

I'm not sure whether I can do that.

Joris, do you plan this feature (exporting LaTeX macroses defined in TeXmacs 
packages)?
