[Texmacs-dev] Changes in contextual overloading system

Dear all,

For those people who have written scheme code or plug-ins for TeXmacs,
please note that I made a few changes in the system for contextual overloading.
In particular, menu-extend no longer exists. The new conventions are documented
in the Scheme documentation. All standard TeXmacs plug-ins have been adapted;
please look at those plug-ins in order to see what you might have to change.
Probably only a few lines will have to be modified, but some things may break.
This message only applies to the current SVN version, and not yet to any
official release.
