[Texmacs-dev] where are the sources?

In the src/ directory of the ftp server I see only the version 1.99.2. Invarious binary directories there are 1.99.3 and 1.99.4. Where are thesources of these newer versions?

I'm the maintainer of the TeXmacs package in Gentoo linux. I need a sourcetarball in order to update this package in Gentoo.
