Dear Jules,

please start by deleting the ".TeXmacs" directory (name starts with a dot) in hour home directory. As it is a hidden directory by default, you will need to look up online how to first make it appear in macOS. 

Alternatively, you can do

    rm -rf ~/.TeXmacs

in Terminal.app.

I installed Texmacs yesterday and used it for 2 hours without any issues. I fell in love with it. But I closed the app and since it's impossible to start it. I tried almost everything, re-installing, restarting my macbook, but nothing changed, i still got the error message, the app quit when I started it. Hope you will help me !
