Ha ha, it was a dumb mistake I made trying to bypass texi2html,
which I had not installed. Missed the ".a" at the end of
"libtcc"... brain fade. :-) Anyway, I've installed texi2html and a
simple "make" now builds everything on vanilla Ubuntu 6.10.
