Hi I do not confirm.

Making mod by bootstrapping tcc (32+64) using Cygwin, then using tcc to compile itself does not produce error even with the test suite.

What exact command did you used to compile tcc?

x32 version of the latest tcc from the repository is not running/working and gives an error.
