[Tinycc-devel] IRC channel on oftc.net and libera.chat

Hello everyone!

To make  a long story short, I created and registered a #tcc channel 
on oftc.net and libera.chat, to provide at least the possibility of giving
support and other information for people seeking it via IRC, outside 
the means of this mailing list (for example to redirect people after a 
discussion in #c to #tcc).

Maybe those channels will attract enough people over time to have
a similar experience like in #llvm, #gcc or #c.

If, of course, tcc's project maintainers are absolutely against this for
whatever reasons, I will delete those channels again (or only one, if 
presence on one of the networks is deemed sufficient).

Otherwise, I'm happy to give those who qualify (tcc project administrators
or similar) Operator status or even transfer the whole "ownership" to them.
