[Toad-devel] Creation of toad-devel list

Howdy all,

This list is for the discussion of development topics for TOAD.
Typically topics would include:

  - programming TOAD
  - design of TOAD
  - discussion of future directions
  - other issues germane to creating TOAD itself

Typically off-topic discussions would be:

  - general user discussion (should be on toad-users)
  - installation problems (should be on toad-users)
  - usage problems (should be on toad-users)
  - enhancement requests (should submit a bug through the Savannah
    interface)
  - personal flamage (take it to email or /dev/null)
  - Nigerian investment schemes or fertility enhancement (die spammers)

I'm not likely to be harsh about these guidelines, though I will at
least politely request off-topic discussions move to an appropriate
forum.

More general discussion about the use of TOAD will go to the toad-users
list; however, as there's no code yet, there are no users :-)  Let's
work to change that as soon as we can!
