Grrrrrr. Cut'n'waste error. In my patch, it must be "tmpfil" instead
of "tmpfile" (lines 4098-4099):

!       (let ((file-coding-system-alist
!            (tramp-find-file-name-coding-system-alist filename tmpfil)))
