HP NonStop-Tandem (telnet mode)

Hi all,

I am starting a proyect and I need to do remote editing to a HP
NonStop server. I am connected via vpn and the only service is telnet.
So I am trying to use Tramp (telnet mode) to conect and sadly I am
running into trouble.

It hangs when it tries to set the shell prompt. I think it has to do
with the fact the when you do a telnet the NonStop queries you about
if you want to OSS or TACL mode.

Trying x.x.x.x...
Connected to *********.
Escape character is '^]'.

WELCOME TO **************************
TELSERV - *********** - ********** - *******

Available Services:

EMSDIST OSS TACL EXIT
Enter Choice> oss
login:
Password:

I don't want to give up on this, otherwise I will be force to use Vi
on a 25x80 terminal. I looked all over the net with noluck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

York Block

ps. The following is the dump of the debug:

$ echo are you awake
'; PS2=''; PS3=''
Sorry, invalid choice
