[Trans-coord-pootle-private] Is GNU's pootle instance maintaned?

Hello,

I am looking for a translation platform for GNU MediaGoblin, 
http://mediagoblin.org/. We were hosted on Transifex, but it went 
proprietary and began doing stuff with patents and we could not use it 
anymore. Since we are a GNU project, I thought that it'd be nice to use 
existing GNU's infrastructure for translations.

Is https://chapters.gnu.org/pootle/ maintained? Can we get our project 
added there?
