Details:

The current approach to use a xsl transform to generate the xmpl aps files
requires a additional xml package to install. Marco reported that this
sometimes does not work.

So I simply changed the xsl conversion to a simple text conversion, see
attached patch.

Apply the patch with:

  cd uracoli

  patch --dry-run -p0 \
        -i /some/where/simplified_aps_generation.diff
  if this is ok, use

  patch -p0 \
        -i /some/where/simplified_aps_generation.diff
