[uracoli-devel] RFA1 infrastucture stub added

Hallo, I just added a nonfunctioning, empty stub for ATmega128RFA1.

Recently I added the files trx_rfa.c, radio_rfa.c and atmega_rfa1.txt
and the new board "derfa1" for the upcoming Dresden Elektronik Modul.

It so far compiles but is fairly a clone of the rdk231, so all transceiver 
access functions needs to be implemented in trx_rfa.c and the SPI stuff
needs to be removed from board_derfa1.h

@Joerg: we discussed how to do the trx_*() functions as static inlines, 
but I could not remember what we found. So there is now trx_rfa.c which can be 
replaced later on by a trx_rfa.h.

The attached patch shows, what I did in detail.
