[uracoli-devel] removed CPU_* macros

Hallo all, 

I just removed the manually defined CPU_M.... macros in const.h,
which where used in hif_uart.h. Instead of "#if CPU_TYPE == CPU_..."
now "#if defined(__AVR_....__)" is used. With this 
change the header file board_*h does not need to be touched,
only a update in board.cfg is needed, if the cpu is excanged
(e.g. mega644 -> mega644p)

Should we make the radio type also definable in board.cfg?
