Working Directory in Windows

How do I set the working folder ( on Windows ) permanently in gprolog?

I thought the folder in which gprolog.exe exists was the default folder but I get an error when I try to read any .pl file in that folder.

The manual was of no help at all.

Luggage? GPS? Comic books?
