[Uucp-general] Manunally invoke uucico not work in Fedora Linux

Hello.

  I tried Taylor UUCP in Fedora Linux.
  uname -r  => 5.6.16-300.fc32.x86_64

  The command uux can call uucico with no problem,

  uux - 'mymailserver!rmail user'

my mails are transtered.

  But the uucico command does't work when invoke manunally in Fedora,

  uucico -x all -r1 -f -s mymailserver

my mails does't transtered.
No Debug and Log info is output, the exit code of uucico is 0.

  I tried the same with OpenBSD, uucico works correctly.
What's the issue with Fedora Linux?
