May be you have an old version. Latest code uses
`varnam_init_from_lang()` which uses .local/share/varnam. See here -
https://github.com/varnamproject/libvarnam-ibus/blob/master/engine/engine.c#L85

You can use `varnam_get_suggestions_file (varnam *handle);` API to know
which file is being used.
