Hurd Metafont Logo Redesign

Hello Stephen,

I was looking over http://www.gnu.org/graphics/ahurdlogo.html and the
use of the logo at the top of http://hurd.gnu.org.  There is a
discrepency in The Hurd project title and the logo.  In talking with
Marcus, we would ideally like to redesign the logo that you created to
read "The Hurd" with the lower case letters in small caps.
Unfortunately we don't know Metafont real well and/or the people that do
are otherwise occupied.

We would appreciate any help or pointers you can provide.
