html - when updated?

Greetings,

How do the real web pages at http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/ get
updated?  Marcus mentioned he committed a change to the index.html page
that should have moved the Hurd description from the bottom of the page
to the top but I haven't seen it update yet.

Another change I would recommend would be moving the Hurd - Hird
description from the middle of the page
http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd.html to the main index page at the
top with the project description.
